At Dunharrow, three watch the Kindler’s beacons flame white in the midnight sky. Aragorn is grim-faced. “We go to war by a dark road.” Halbarad grasps his shoulder briefly:
“Yet light from the shadows shall spring.”
Legolas nods.
“Hope burns bright even here, while you are with us.”
