I just discovered this site and what a delightful introduction this was! The first thing I read, and what a gem it is!
Thranduil really needed this unexpected moment with Legolas. Thanks for the glimpse into their lives.

Wonderful! I do like the image of a "good father" in Thranduil. Just the mischeif in his own targetting of Mithrandir and then Elrond is soooo funny! We know where his son gets it from!
