Do you know, until I read this story, I had never stopped to think about how similar in some ways Elrond and Faramir are? It is very nicely done, and a relief to me, who sees too much of Movie!Elrond With Hemmorhoids in fanfic--including my own....Very nice, Melina.

Simply lovely, Melina! I love this vision of two great characters from the books who got the short end of the stick in the movies.

Very original! I like the image of Elrond as healer, willing to share his skill with Faramir. And the closing line about visiting the library was a nice touch. Thanks for sharing this with us.
