I can understand Celebrimbor, he wants Narvi to stay a little longer so he gifts his friend with a ring that will make time go slower until the ring is taken off, then it will catch up. I understand also that Narvi is a bit nervous about it but it does allow him to stay and meet with Celebrimbor a bit longer.

I just came across your story and I absolutely love it! I have always had a weak spot for stories about Narvi and Celebrimbor, but this in this one everything just seemed to make perfect sense.
I hope you will continue writing!
