What a terrific piece -- and much needed. For both Aragorn and Arwen that was probably the most important and long-anticipated part of wedding day. I'm glad you included the bittersweet & troubling elements. No matter how wonderful Aragorn was, and no matter how steadfast and in-love Arwen was, I know in her shoes I'd have at least a moment of panic and doubt about her choice. Thanks for a great read!

What a splendid story! Your portrayal of Arwen and Aragorn is spot on; including their joy and their shared anguish and doubt as to the choice they have made. A marvelous read.

Lovely story. Ranger!king and the soldiers betting on when the couple will surface!

I love the way that they count the cost as they start their life together. Surely it must make them appreciate their time together even more.

Thanks so much for sharing!
