Loverly, so loverly! These are great, you did well! The mental image of Sam and Frodo doing "I Got You" a la Sonny and Cher. (I always watched the show, and they had this little "choreography" when they sang that song.

You are really a gifted filker, Vistula, that's for sure.
I am really sorry that most tunes are unbeknownst to me... Anyway - I am sure the 'Fancrone song' will stay forever in my inner ear. I cannot hear the tune anymore w/o having to fight convulsive fits of laughther... ABBA will never be the same for me again. Sad but true. (Or then - maybe not so sad...)

The Fancrone Song...oh, sweet Eru above, I would have to read this after the others in the house went to bed, which means I have to control my laughter lest I laugh so loud I wake them up, and it started with the first line. Somehow, it's so...perfect. The scream of female lusters as he sprints, eye wide with fright and fear, to his car to escape to somewhere safely guarded by lots and lots of really burly guards. Oh, yeah, and the others are good, too. ;)
