Hethlin of Anorien
February, 25 2006
I know CMC's a done deal, but since I intend to give it a thorough editing in the future, I'll include it in this thread, as well as make this a place for any other Heth questions not appropriate for the Silver Swan thread.

(Isabeau):What time frame are you seeing this happening?
I'd actually pegged it as something that could happen when Brand was younger, but had become, as it were, "interesting" to Amrothos. About the time Brand expressed interest in some chemistry set Amrothos was jealously brooding over, *and* proved he could deal with the "Do as you oughta, put acid in wata (water)" rule, I figure the ground would be laid.
This is an interesting idea, but I'd be much more comfortable with it if I hadn't studiously avoided anything resembling Chemistry in my academic career!
On the other hand, you do have that Sherlock Holmes thing to write, and I think Brand could be the Watson-style muscle in this relationship.
That's an interesting idea. I'd actually tapped Lorend to do it originally-he even has the leg wound.
On the courting of Andrahar topic:
I don't see Jerulas being in the running!
Dear God, no! I was thinking some hitherto unwritten OFC would make him her mark, and he probably would, at first, think she was trying to get to Imrahil before realizing that, oh no, Imrahil is not this one's target...
Handling the attempt to escape the relationship gracefully might be fun, and I'd kind of like to see what kind of woman would go after him, and how he would respond.
This is intriguing. I'm trying to picture her myself. No luck as yet.
Of course, in my head, Imrahil is laughing all the way to the inevitable end of the non-affair, and is Of No Help At All.
LOL! That is exactly what would happen!
Hop along home, my fangy ones!
Yes, by all means, go back to Chicago!
