| | Journal Main Read Journal Entry Blog_display Isabeau's Journal By:Isabeau November, 12 2005 OK, folks-this is the general forum now for questions that don't seem to fit in any of the other threads. I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors. Comment: I agree 100% with Denise about Isabeau wasting her time sorting this thread out. I'd be happy to do it but that would involve getting access, even if only temporarily, to the site that right now only the authors have, and I certainly don't want to presume that anyone would be comfortable with that. As an alternative, we could just repost questions from this Monster Thread that are relevant to different story-arc topics, depending on how Isabeau decides to break it down. I agree that declaring this thread closed would be a good idea. Regarding Denise's suggestion for a forum-like journal topic for us fanatic readers to go back and forth without necessarily directing anything at Isabeau -- I'm all for that. It couldn't be a "forum," per se, as this is a blog format -- that is to say, I couldn't start a new topic because it's not my journal. But if there was one topic for readers to hash things out among themselves I'd be more comfortable expressing my views about things like Elrohir, etc. Well, not that I've been shy before, but I won't feel like I'm necessarily asking Isabeau to read and respond to my lengthy musings about such things. I never did expect her to respond to everything I posted, but I did worry that it might look like I was! Of course embedded in that idea somewhere is the notion that it's okay to impose my views on the other readers... heh heh ;) Because we have been getting a lot of spam, we now have a security number which you have to enter in order to post a journal reply. In the field marked validation number, enter two zero zero three as a four place number. |
