I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors. Comment: Re: the "retched stuff" - There is a quote that could apply at the end of Ch. 7 in Ultimatums, too. It's what Andra calls the book of poetry that Imrahil teases Nimrien about in the previous chapter. (Comparing pomegranates and breasts...hmmm.) And yes, after Nargil quoted it I had to go look it up to see where I remembered it from, late one night after my kids woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep... Thank goodness for Isabeau & Altariel when insomnia strikes! Also, the comments about Lothiriel's sexual knowledge made me wonder. With her mother dead when Thiri "came of age," most if not all of her questions were probably answered by her great-aunt Tirathiel? Seems like Nimrien was hardly lacking in theoretical knowledge in Ultimatums, with the same source of information. The vision of Thiri asking her father was hilarious, though! Maybe she'd be more comfortable asking Erchirion. :) Because we have been getting a lot of spam, we now have a security number which you have to enter in order to post a journal reply.
