OK, folks-this is the general forum now for questions that don't seem to fit in any of the other threads. I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors.

Just testin' to see if the fix worked. It was crashing on apostrophes, which used to work just fine but suddenly caused weird problems.

I am hoping this works, it worked on my version on my home server. But then, stuff which works here was not working at home, which I had to fix before I could fix this. I think is has something to do with the site being on LINUX and my home server running on Vista.

Because we have been getting a lot of spam, we now have a security number which you have to enter in order to post a journal reply. In the field marked validation number, enter four two two one as a four place number.
