I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors. Comment: Hi Isabeau, Ha, Isabeau, I think you can pretty easily guess the chorus of "yes PLEEEASSE's" that are headed your way in response to the question of whether or not you should write and publish the story you're contemplating. I've been following you with interest for years now, and although mine is the minority opinion about Hethlin's choice (and my sense is that my intuition has been off-base, no matter how strongly I feel it!)I think that anyone who enjoys your stories will continue to look forward to them eagerly. To be honest, as much as I like Imrhail & co. I find them less interesting & less compelling than I do Elrohir, both as a concept in Tolkien's world, and as the savvy, nuanced character you've sketched for us in Captain My Captain. Assuming that my intuition of who Heth will end up with is incorrect, I will still be reading with interest even if her story stays largely in Gondor with only occasional forays to the North. I might find Elrohir more compelling than Imrahil, but that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy reading about the latter! And I can't help but wonder if your muse might be freed from the burden of having to write around The Big Secret ... ? Just a thought! :) Because we have been getting a lot of spam, we now have a security number which you have to enter in order to post a journal reply.
