OK, folks-this is the general forum now for questions that don't seem to fit in any of the other threads. I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors.

I'm also impressed that the last one nuzguled was the first to post - that thing was rabid, clearly!

Pretty damn rabid - I woke up on Sunday morning with it pretty much written in my head, and then there was a handy plane flight to scribble it all down. I think you have to move fast with these nuzguls sometimes: those teeth really start to hurt if you leave them attached to your ankle too long...
