Nargil's question about Esteven's title reminded me of something I'd been wondering about regarding early chapters of CMC. At times Hethlin (and others too perhaps) address Elrohir as "Prince." Is he a prince? Unless I've missed it, in later chapters Hethlin, if she uses a title when addressing or referring to Elrohir, just called him "Lord" -- no?

 [2] I don't know how far you have already come in your edit of CMC, but I thought I'd mention some things I still remember from my last reading of the story. Perhaps you have already noted and incorporated them somewhere, but anyway, here goes:

- In "Cage no Bird" her father muses about her eyes: "...in the unlikely event she should ever be blooded, then they too would come to resemble his, with threads of gold running through the grey." - This is never mentioned in CMC, and neither in your other stories.

- The levels of Minas Tirith are numbered from the bottom to the top.

- Éowyn's eyes are grey, not blue.

- The question of how Hethlin came by her father's sword. I admit I don't exactly remember what the problem was and if/how you solved that already.

 [3] I think the Rangers brought the sword when they buried her family, and I can never figure out which way up Minas Tirith is.

Also with the bloodied thing does the eagle bite on either side of her nose or on either temple?

Forehead. From chapter 34:

" I felt Lord Celeborn suddenly raise his hands to my shoulders once more, and grip tightly. Then that huge beak, which could have severed my neck as easily as I plucked the stem of a flower, lowered until the tip pressed the skin just above and between my brows. There was a careful, steadily increasing pressure, and then sharp pain as the flesh parted beneath it. I felt blood begin to trickle down my nose. Then Gwaenaur stepped back."

*guilty cough* This might be partly my fault. I wrote Eowyn with blue eyes all the way through AGOC but have pretended not to notice for ages.

 [7] Does Tolkien actually say what color her eyes were? I didn't remember it when reading CMC or AGOC, so the fact that she and Eomer had blue eyes in those stories didn't faze me at all. I just figured it was because they were blond Rhohirrim. Although they do have the distant connection to Imrahil, so grey eyes wouldn't faze me either.

Alas yes - from 'The Battle of the Pelennor Fields': "A little to the left facing them stood she whom he had called Dernhelm. But the helm of her secrecy, had fallen from her, and her bright hair, released from its bonds, gleamed with pale gold upon her shoulders. Her eyes grey as the sea were hard and fell, and yet tears were on her cheek. A sword was in her hand, and she raised her shield against the horror of her enemy's eyes. Éowyn it was, and Dernhelm also."

As you say, makes sense, given her part-Numenorean background.

On the other hand, my sister's eyes fluctuate between blue and grey. Perhaps Eowyn's do too?

That's correct. I'm going to make it "Lord" throughout in the revision. Even though Elrond is technically a Prince, he's made a big deal about eschewing the title, so I doubt his sons call themselves princes either.
