|All the tales of the Valar and the Elves are so knit together that one may scarce expound any one without needing to set forth the whole of their great history.|

OK, folks-this is the general forum now for questions that don't seem to fit in any of the other threads. I'm going to sort some of the earlier posts into the appropriate forums, but it might take a while, so bear with me. I'll delete the ones that have already been reposted by their authors.

Hi! I'm a long-time lurker who discovered your stories a few years ago and has reread them a few times since then, though I haven't posted a comment or review - my apologies! - until this last reread. And I must say: excellent work! I admit to being a bit leery when I first heard of your work: a white-haired female Ranger with a kinship with eagles who manages to escape being a Mary Sue? Surely not? But oh - definitely. It was impossible not to fall in love with Hethlin... then with Andrahar... then with Brand... And yes, also with Imrahil, who of course is not an OC, but whom you've fleshed out so completely that your Imrahil now colours my perception of all fanfic Imrahil. It's been a pleasure to see your writing develop over the years, especially - as I noticed over this latest re-read - the progression from the pleasant-but-still-sometimes-stilted-and-expository prose of Captain, My Captain to the wonderful flow you've developed in Passages, Kin-Strife, etc. And, of course, to anticipate the answer to that ever-nagging question: Whom Heth Nests With. Thanks for the wonderful entertainment!

I was doing a Google search and, amazingly, some entries from this blog showed up. I'm just curious if we can still post, even though the journals don't show up on the TFF home page...

You know, it didn't occur to me until later, but is Lord Kazim Akilah's father? When does "Liquid Numbers" take place?

Hi! I am someone who has recently discovered your wonderful stories six months ago. I have obsessed over your characters and truly have become invested in them. i have read all of your stories and journals just to know more about your characters. i can't seem to get enough. I just wanted to let you know that you are amazing and I hope that you are still writing. I'm not even sure you use this website anymore since there doesn't seem to be any activity for months. Anyway, I hope you get this message as it is being sent with much admiration and awe. It is also sent with much hope for a new story soon even though I know people who write for fun have lives.

My questions are: Will we get to see the rest of Hethlin's story, or has it been abandoned? Such as the rest of The Silver Swan? Or the story of what happens at Dale, which has been hinted at but not fleshed out? And of course, the eternal question: Who does Hethlin marry? (Please let it be Imrahil--I think they're perfect for each other and you've written him so *I'm* half in love with him, lol.) And while we're on the subject, Passages? I *really* want to see how that tournament went! See, I read your fics back when there were only 200-odd fics on ff.n, before the films came out. And you stood out to me as one of the top three authors (I can't order them, you're all good!); Altariel was another. While I enjoyed your stories then, I absolutely *adore* them now. The years in between re-reading only strengthened and renewed my love for them, Hethlin's story in particular. So, I'm really hoping you will not torment all of your fans by leaving Hethlin's story unfinished; one never knows what can happen, and the sooner they're written, the sooner we can all enjoy them. :)
